2023

  • Each week Sat Art Club members come together to discover their creativity. I am loving working with this group of motivated, talented and inspiring young people aged 12 -18 years at The Studio Morland. We are currently developing creative skills and ideas around identity for the S.A.C. Self Portrait online gallery project. The culmination of the S.A.C. year will be a group project exhibited at Somerset House in London, which we will visit in July.

  • The Weather Watching project is a focus on the life and work of the Cumbrian Quaker Scientist John Dalton FRS. I am working with three Kendal primary schools to explore Dalton’s work on Meteorology, his connection to Kendal and how his work relates to issues of climate change. We are creating a children’s tapestry that will be exhibited in the museum over the summer.

  • Sheepfest is coming back to celebrate Sedbergh’s wool heritage! I will be running the workshops with the community, voluntary organisations and businesses to create their fabulous and eccentric sheep for the wonderful sheep trail.

  • This will be my 8th year as part of the Torchlight creative crew. I am very excited that the Parade will be the highlight of this year’s event and look forward to running the creative workshops. Watch this space for more information on where & when to access free carnival art workshops.

Available for commissions/collaborations/project-based work, locally and internationally.
